  • INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

    We send SAINT products worldwide via DHL Express. Receive your order 3-5 business days from dispatch.

    EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: $25 Worldwide (for orders less than $250)

    NOTE: The shipping charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

    Delivered within 2 Business Days (Australian Metro Areas).
    Delivered within 4 Business Days (Rest of Australia).

    To ensure a smooth delivery of your SAINT purchase, please specify a business hours address for delivery. If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the delivery. If no one is present to accept the delivery, your purchase will be taken to the local post office.

  • DOES SAINT SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

    You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
  • POST OFFICE BOXES & FREIGHT FORWARDING?

    Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes, apart from in the following countries: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. We do not deliver to forwarding addresses, which includes Aramex addresses.
  • WILL I HAVE TO PAY IN TAX AND DUTIES?

    All orders are shipped from AUSTRALIA.

    AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: All Australian orders are GST inclusive.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
  • IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

    All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from SAINT to the shipping address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
    We are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    To track your order, please click here and enter your order number and billing zip code. You will then be able to view all of your order and shipping details.

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, SAINT is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your order, shipping details and a tracking number.
