IT CAN GET WILD OUT THERE - VOLUME 20
I bought myself a beautiful CB1000r Neo and was thoroughly enjoying myself until the 3rd day.
Cruising through Grey Lynn, an 18-year-old six days into his restricted licence crossed two lanes and knocked me off. He came from behind, basically drove into my right-hand handlebar. The bike slammed into the ground, slid up one of Auckland's typical volcanic serrated curbs, tearing most fittings off of the bike's right-hand side. I ended cartwheeling onto my back and sliding along the road boots first.
Your jacket with padding and back inserts came through with minor scuffing and frankly saved me from a pretty gnarly fall. Nice work!
Cheers,
Phil
